Practice Hatha yoga to refresh and relax your body and mind.

During my Yoga practice in studios, I found out that it almost always comes down to money. Of course, we live in a world where you still have to buy food and pay bills, but I hope I can help to reduce the need for money so everyone can have access to Yoga through the About Yoga Blog, whose motto is "Yoga For Everybody".

Regardless of income or social class, this blog makes Yoga accessible for everybody who has access to the Internet. That is why, on this blog, you will gradually find different kind of information and videos in English and Spanish about Yoga (e.g. Yoga philosophy, Yoga practices and lots of videos). With regard to local yoga information, the blog begins with Costa Rica because it is my current home base. But the blog is international so eventually, more countries will be added.
